SoloBiz
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information SoloBiz handles when you use the service and how it is used to provide and protect your account.
Information you provide
SoloBiz handles account details such as your name and email, business profile information, and the sales, expenses, inventory, and related details you choose to record. If you enter customer details into a transaction, those details are stored with your business records.
How information is used
- To provide business tracking, reporting, receipts, and account features.
- To verify your email, authenticate sign-ins, and help secure your account.
- To maintain the service, respond to support requests, and investigate security or service issues.
Security and activity records
SoloBiz records security and important account events, including sign-in attempts, password reset activity, and changes to business records or profile details. Passwords and verification codes are not included in these activity records. Designated administrators may review account or business information when needed for support, security, service operations, or legal obligations. Administrative access is restricted and recorded.
More detail about administrator access is available in our data access notice.
Storage and protection
We use service providers and technical safeguards to store and protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in details private and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your choices
You can update your business information in your account, subject to the profile change limits shown in SoloBiz. You may contact SoloBiz support to ask about your information, request help with your account, or raise a privacy concern.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
