SoloBiz
How SoloBiz administrators access business data
SoloBiz stores business profile details and the sales, expenses, and inventory information you enter so the service can provide its tracking features. Records may include information about your customers if you choose to enter it.
For account security and support, SoloBiz records successful sign-ins, failed attempts linked to an existing account, and important activity such as password reset requests, sales and expense changes, inventory updates, and business profile changes or requests. Designated administrators can review this activity; records are retained for approximately one year and then removed. Passwords and verification codes are never included in the activity log.
Administrator access
Designated SoloBiz administrators can view business profiles and transaction records when supporting the service, reviewing account security, maintaining operations, or responding to legal requests. Access to these areas requires an administrator to select a reason and is recorded in an audit history. Access records are retained for approximately one year for security review, then removed.
The admin portal provides read-only views of sales and expenses. Administrators can pause or restore an account’s access, with the reason recorded. Administrator access is limited to the separate admin portal.
What administrators can see
The portal can show account contact details, business profile information, sale descriptions and amounts, payment status, and expense categories and amounts. It does not display the separate customer-name field in transaction lists.
